City Response Brief


This project I will explore: image development; promotion strategies; and methods of communicating cultural, historical and social messages to a wide audience.

I have been invited by the Hobart City Council to explore ways of 'branding' the City of Hobart. I will critically interpret the current 'The Way Life Should Be' brand by bringing your own personal experiences and ideas to the project. Your branding campaign may focus on a micro detail of the city (your bedroom, your house, your street) or a macro view of the city (the social, cultural and physical environment of Hobart).
